What I do to grow my glutes

2 leg days per week

  • Dropping from 3 leg days to 2 allows me to work my hardest and make sure my legs were fully recovered before the next lift

Mind-to-muscle connection

  • It is SO important that you have your form down and that you feel the tension in your glutes. Be intentional about your reps and don’t do them carelessly

Eating enough

  • Even if you’re working hard in the gym, if you aren’t eating enough, you won’t see that muscle gain that you are looking for

Pushing myself & progressive overload

  • You need to be pushing yourself and going heavy!!! You are SO much stronger than you think and you should be trying to lift heavier each week. Leg day isn’t supposed to be pretty

RDLs RDLs RDLs

  • Heavy RDLs are my absolute favorite glute exercise and have contributed substantially to any gains I’ve made
