“Every workout should be harder than the last”
I’m sure you’ve heard that saying before.
I want to be the one to tell you that progress is not linear. You will have days where the weights feel heavier, days where you can’t find that mind-to-muscle connection, and days where you are just exhausted. Not every day will be perfect.
Every day you should challenge yourself. But what is “challenging” changes from day to day.
As long as you are always doing what is best for your body, you are NOT taking a step back in your progress. REMEMBER THAT!
Now go push yourself while still being kind to yourself!!!!
